Daytime morning farm visit during week with wagon ride and no corn maze
A weekday group farm visit is ideal for daycare centers and preschool children ages 3 and older. This self-guided visit includes a wagon ride (weather permitting), and farm activities including access to the jump pad, giant tube slide, corn bin, tricycles, duck races, and swing sets. The cost is $6.00 per person. All participating children receive a mini pumpkin.
This morning visit may be scheduled between 9:15 am and 1 pm. This visit is not available in the afternoons or evenings. The group has permission to visit for up to 3 hours from start to finish. It is OK for participants to enjoy a snack or lunch during the visit. We limit the number of youngsters visiting at the same time.
Daytime farm visit for seniors
We offer a weekday visit for seniors scheduled from 1 to 3 pm. The group must have a minimum of 10 to book the appointment. The visit features a scenic wagon ride on the farm and a mini pumpkin.
Daytime farm visit with corn maze
Your self-guided visit includes access to the corn maze, wagon ride (weather permitting) and farm activities including access to the jump pad, giant tube slide, corn bin, tricycles, duck races, and swing sets for $8.00 per person.
Company team building at the corn maze
Escape the office for a few hours and visit Geisler Farms for a weekday company team building activity. The corn maze can be used for a variety of character-building exercises. Allow enough time for a wagon ride, too. Food and beverages may be brought in. Company team building is $10 per person and may be scheduled between 11 am and 4 pm. This visit is not available on Fridays.
An option to the company outing is to book the farm to serve an evening meal. Your guests may enjoy the maze, wagon ride, farm activities and have a catered meal in the Red Shed. This may be booked on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during corn maze season. Geisler Farms has hosted events for John Deere Financial, Tones Spices and Wellmark.
Reserving a Firepit for Group Use
Customers are invited to make a group firepit reservation. If your group would like to visit the farm on the weekend, but does not want to reserve a firepit, no reservation is needed. The only way to make a firepit reservation is to contact us via phone, email, in person or through this website. To qualify for a firepit reservation, every individual age 3 and above must pay the $8.00 farm admission. The admission includes the corn maze, a wagon ride and all farm activities. The minimum for a group reservation is 10 paid admissions. Any additional guest over the minimum will be charged $8.00 each for ages 3 and above.
There is an additional $10.00 firepit reservation fee. Group admission and the firepit reservation fee should be paid in a lump sum by a group contact when you arrive to the farm. We prefer one person paying one lump sum for the entire group rather than every individual of the group purchasing their admission separately. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we take reservations for the following two-hour increments: 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; 1:00-3:00 p.m.; 3:30-5:30 p.m.; 6:00-8:00 p.m. On Fridays, a group of 10 or more may reserve 3:30-5:30 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Day of Your Group Visit
Please make sure members of your group have a map with directions to Geisler Farms. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You may go through the corn maze and have your group wagon ride before or after your scheduled firepit reservation. However, we do require you only use your reserved firepit during your two-hour scheduled time as we have many groups to accommodate. On average, a group can enjoy the corn maze, have a hayride and eat a meal at a firepit during a two-hour period.
What is included at the Firepit
Your reservation includes a group wagon ride and 30-plus farm activities. At the farm, you will be provided with an LP-powered firepit, an electrical outlet, six-foot long table, portable wash station, garbage can and seating for 30. Restrooms are inside the Red Shed. Beverages, popcorn and snacks are available for purchase at the concession counter inside the Red Shed.
What You May Bring
You are invited to bring in food, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The LP firepit is suitable for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. (Don’t forget the roasting sticks and other cooking utensils you might need.) The firepit is not suitable for cooking anything beyond hotdogs and marshmallows. You might want to consider an alternative meal such as sandwiches, pizza or walking tacos if you have a sizable group. Don’t forget the flashlights if you are arriving at sundown. Please pick up and dispose of your trash before you leave the farm.
Do you wish to cook lots of hotdogs at your firepit? For a $20 rental fee, you may reserve and use our Kenmore gas grill.
We will call you if we feel the need to reschedule your visit due to weather. Please feel free to call us if you have concerns.
